We are one of the largest Muay Thai gyms in the South West and we offer some of the highest quality training available. Our coaches have over 30 year's experience in helping people reach their goals from absolute beginners to professional fighters. We run our classes in a safe and supportive environment and can cater for you whatever your objectives may be. We run multiple beginners classes throughout the week at different times during the day to suit your busy schedule. We teach the fundamentals of Thai Boxing including striking skills using punches, kicks, knees and elbows. Our beginners classes are a mixture of fitness and technical instruction. We also run a grading syllabus so that you can gauge and monitor your progression. Our classes build real Muay Thai skill in a fun and supportive atmosphere. Many of our members choose to progress into our sparring classes once they have nailed the basics. However, many of our members also choose to stay in this class for the fitness and pad-work aspects. We offer more advanced instruction here at Team FSC for those who have previous Thai Boxing experience or have progressed from our beginners programs. The advanced classes are more challenging in terms of fitness and technique. These classes tend to focus on technical drills and sparring allowing our members to put everything they have learned into practice in a safe environment. At Team FSC, we run Kickboxing classes which focus on technique and fitness for Ladies only. Thai boxing skills are taught by our world class coaches to build fitness and self defence skills. This program is fun for beginners and more experienced individuals alike. Team FSC regularly train professional and elite-status fighters. We have trained over 30 champions and train fighters for the world games each year. We coach current UK and world ranked fighters imparting our wealth of knowledge and experience along the way. We also have our own in house qualified nutritionist who can write your own individual diet plan and be there to deal with any difficulties that you experience. Contact us for more information.
Our coaches offer personal training on a one-to-one basis. Many of our current members use this service to increase their skills and fitness levels or work on something specific. We also welcome new clients who are non-members for Personal Training - Whatever your goals, we can help you achieve them.
